1. Operator and scope
PeachSlash provides access to a curated digital prompt library and related member features. These terms apply to all visitors, account holders, and paying members who use the site, library, checkout flow, or account area.
The service supplies digital content and related digital services for creative and workflow use. It is intended for users who can form a binding contract under applicable law.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep access to your Google account secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.
You may not share your account with other people, misrepresent your identity, or use another person’s credentials without permission. We may require reasonable verification before restoring access to an account.
3. Membership billing
Paid access is sold as a recurring subscription. Pricing, billing cadence, and taxes are shown before purchase. Taxes may be added at checkout where required. Billing is processed by Paddle, which also handles payment collection, invoicing, and subscription management.
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel renewal at any time from your account or through the Paddle customer portal. Canceling stops future renewal charges and access continues until the end of the current paid period unless stated otherwise.
Where available, you may also switch your billing cadence between monthly and annual from your account. Unless we explicitly tell you otherwise before confirmation, a billing-cadence change applies to the next renewal date and does not create an immediate prorated charge.
We may change pricing prospectively. Any new price applies only to future billing periods after notice where required by law. Access to paid features may be suspended if payment fails, a charge is reversed, or a subscription is canceled or expires.
4. Refunds
Refunds are handled according to the Refund Policy.
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory refund, withdrawal, or conformity rights that apply under consumer law in your country of residence.
5. License and permitted use
When your account has access, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the prompt library for your own lawful creative or business work. You may not resell, republish, redistribute, scrape, mirror, or provide bulk access to the library or any member-only content without written permission.
You may not use the service or its content to create a competing prompt library, dataset, benchmark, fine-tuning corpus, automated extraction tool, or derivative commercial repository that substantially reproduces the structure, selection, arrangement, or expressive content of the library.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate law, infringe intellectual property rights, interfere with platform operations, bypass access controls, or abuse the site through automated extraction, credential sharing, or malicious traffic.
You are responsible for how you use prompts, generated outputs, and any third-party model or tool connected to your workflow. You must make your own assessment of legal clearance, platform-policy compliance, and suitability for your intended use.
7. Intellectual property
The service, site design, library structure, copy, branding, and member content are owned by IE Vladimir Litvinov, its licensors, or other rights holders and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited access rights expressly granted in these terms, no rights are transferred to you.
If you send feedback, suggestions, or improvement ideas, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use them without restriction or compensation.
8. Infringement and takedown
If you believe content on the service infringes your rights, contact support@peachslash.app with enough detail for us to review the claim. We may remove or restrict content, suspend access, or take other reasonable action while the issue is investigated.
9. Third-party services
Parts of the service rely on third-party providers, including Google for authentication and Paddle for billing. Your use of third-party services may also be governed by those providers’ terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
10. Service changes and availability
PeachSlash may update the library, pricing, features, or availability of the service over time. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, non-payment, or activity that creates legal or operational risk.
We may also modify or discontinue specific content, features, or parts of the service where reasonably necessary for product evolution, security, legal compliance, or operational reasons.
11. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, results from prompt usage, or suitability for a particular purpose. Creative outputs depend on many factors outside our control, including your prompts, settings, third-party tools, and downstream editing choices.
Except where prohibited by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, IE Vladimir Litvinov is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity arising from or related to the service.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to us through Paddle for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100.
13. Indemnity for business misuse
To the extent permitted by law, and not applying where prohibited for consumers, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless IE Vladimir Litvinov from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the service, your infringement of another party’s rights, or your breach of these terms.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, excluding conflict-of-laws principles. If you are acting in the course of a business, any dispute arising from or related to these terms or the service will be submitted to the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection laws and forum rights in your country of residence continue to apply to the extent required by law.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will apply prospectively after posting the updated version and, where required, after additional notice. Your continued use of the service after the effective date of updated terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
