1. Digital membership access
PeachSlash sells digital subscription access to a prompt library. There are no physical goods and no shipping charges.
2. Cancel anytime
You can cancel renewal at any time from your account or Paddle customer portal. Canceling prevents the next recurring charge. Unless required by law, the current billing period remains active through its paid end date and partial-period refunds are not issued automatically.
If you cancel after a renewal charge is processed, access usually continues through the end of the paid term and the renewal charge is not automatically refunded unless required by law or approved under the review criteria below.
If you switch between monthly and annual billing, the new billing cadence is applied for the next renewal unless we explicitly state otherwise at the time of the change. A billing-cadence change does not automatically create a partial-period refund or an immediate extra charge.
3. Refund cases we will review
We will review refund requests for duplicate charges, accidental repeat purchases, technical billing errors, or unauthorized charges.
We may also review exceptional requests where the service was unavailable in a material way for reasons within our control and no reasonable workaround or correction was provided within a reasonable time.
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support@peachslash.app within 14 days of the charge and include the receipt email or transaction details.
4. No automatic refunds for used periods
Except where required by law, we do not automatically offer refunds for partial use, change of mind after substantial use of the membership, failure to cancel before renewal, or dissatisfaction with outputs created using third-party AI tools.
5. Taxes and fees
Taxes are calculated by Paddle at checkout based on the customer’s location. If a charge is refunded, refunded tax treatment follows Paddle’s payment and tax handling rules.
6. EU, EEA, UK, and other mandatory consumer rights
If local consumer law gives you a withdrawal, cooling-off, conformity, or other non-waivable remedy, this policy is interpreted subject to those rights.
For digital content and digital services, some jurisdictions may limit or remove a withdrawal right once supply begins, but only where the legal conditions for that result have been satisfied, including any required express request, consent, acknowledgment, and confirmation.
7. Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you think a charge is incorrect, contact us before filing a chargeback where possible so we can investigate quickly. This does not limit any right you may have through your card issuer or applicable law.
8. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
